McDonald's in Rheinberg

Not recommended, would prefer not to give a star, but unfortunately that is not possible. The food is 90% cold and if you are lucky you will get what you ordered.

Worst McDrive in Germany! NO other McDrive in Germany is as narrow and narrow as the one in Rheinberg! Especially with large or wide vehicles, it is incredibly difficult to drive in and out and to top it all off (completely incomprehensible) by large stones / rocks lying on the edge. Paint and rim scratches are preprogrammed here, therefore ABSOLUTELY NOT A RECOMMENDATION!

It's a McDonalds. However, very slowly and often imprecisely. At the drive in you still have to check afterwards whether everything is in the bag that you ordered and, above all, paid for.

As an employee, I am really very satisfied with this McDonald's restaurant. The other employees are nice, speed, quality and, above all, hospitality are important. I've heard rumors from many that the work in the kitchen at McDonald's is unsanitary. But this is not what I can confirm from my own experience. So all in all a top restaurant!

it was just Mc Drive, very fast processing, staff friendly and clearly understandable, no stupid and unnecessary questions, everything went perfectly. ???

The only drawback was that the waiting time was extremely long and you had the feeling that the organization and structure were a little inconsistent with each other ..... When I entered the restaurant, a very friendly employee came up to me, who meticulously paid attention to the disinfection of the hands.

Very inflexible in the interpretation of the vouchers (you can only choose one sauce for the nuggets / with the fries voucher you cannot split between fries and farm potatoes and here you can only choose "either" majo or ketchup. The MC-Drive is extremely slow and the intercom is a disaster! Communication hardly possible !! Was only able to order from the cashier.

Everything fitted. Delicious and order quickly and completely. Are here often .. Milkshake always works and is delicious. The area is clean even in the late hours. Staff is friendly .. Food in general also tastes good.

Everything was clean and delicious. 1 star deduction because of the drive in. If 2 or 3 cars are waiting there you can no longer get to the parking lot.

Restaurant all good. Environment / parking lot, real garbage dump. Already clear that you don't dispose of your garbage in the nearby ditch yourself, but maybe you will take care that it is disposed of or that it doesn't happen. The people who throw the garbage there are nothing more than the dirt itself!

Typical McDonalds Usually 1-3 things are missing from orders, but they are always excused and given afterwards. Cleanliness is okay. Currently the general Corona rules, which reduce a visit a bit, but the shop cannot help.

They don't get the simplest orders, you always have to wait a long time and then things are always missing .... This McDonalds branch is, I think, the worst I know, some of the burgers are really just to be thrown away. Always hope that the slowly reasonable staff put it there !!!

Not the best McDonald's in the area. The food I have ordered here, must of been on the shelf for some time, because it was rather dry and lukewarm. The premises always seem to be cold, so in the colder months you have to keep your coat on.
